Indian Head Massage
A therapeutic massage, which will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!
Originating in India, Indian Head Massage (IHM) has been developed and adapted in western society to help combat and relieve the stress and tension which we all encounter everyday.
In India massage has always been an important feature of family life across generations. Passed down from one generation to the next, the belief is that massage preserves the body's life force and energy and is a powerful way of relaxing and rejuvenating the body.
The traditional art of IHM is based on the ancient system of medicine known as Ayurveda, which has been practiced in Indian for thousands of years.
Despite the name "Indian Head Massage" the treatment has been westernised to include other parts of the body vulnerable to stress, such as the shoulders, upper arms and neck
