To ensure the professionalism of our service to you, all of our therapies include a full client consultation which will be taken on your first visit. Follow up appointments include a shorter consultation to ensure that each treatment you receive is specific to your needs at that time.
Some treatments such as Eyelash Perming, Eyelash / Eyebrow Tinting and Nouveau Lashes require patch testing 48 hours prior to treatment. Patch tests are essential to ensure that no allergic reaction to the treatment occurs and are performed with your health and well being in mind. They take around 5 minutes and are free of charge. For more information please contact us and ask to speak to a therapist. Please also note that Eyelash perming and tinting must be booked separately (leaving at least 48 hours in between appointments) for lashes to settle.

A patch test is required 48 hours before your first waxing treatment. Waxing is a great way to remove hairs and lasts for upto 6 weeks. Hair growth becomes finer and less. A discount of 10% applies for multiple procedures.
