How long have you been a therapist?
A question often asked! I qualified as a Reflexologist in 2005 and since then have complete courses in Holistic Massage, Onsite Chair Massage and Beauty to name but a few! I have had treatment rooms in Loughton and also work in London providing onsite massage at companies, events, exhbitions and parties.
What Organic Products do you use and do they contain any chemicals?
For Facials I currently use Primavera's Natural Balance range, which is packed full of anti-oxidant rich ingredients and absolutely no synthetic (man-made chemcials). Primavera is an established Organic Aromatherapy company from Germany, whom I have visited and trust completely. In Manicures and Pedicures I use Organic products from Pinks Boutique and Lavera. After waxing I use Organic Jojoba oil to soothe the skin and help prevent ingrown hairs. Any treatments that include massage (Indian Head Massage, Manicures & Pedicures, Eye treatments – hand massage is offered) I use Organic Aromatherapy Oils. The Talc (non-talc) I use in Reflexology treatments is from Neal's Yard.
None of the Organic products I use contain:
Parabens, Detergents, foaming agents, paraffin, lanolin, mineral oils, DEA's, PEG's, artificial fragrances.
What Skincare products do I use myself?
Over the past few years i've tried and tested many different products to see what works for my skin and what i like best!I have been using Primavera and Lavera skincare products for 2 years never have anything bad to say about them! They are in my eyes fantastic products and fantastic value for money. Lavera's shower gels and body lotions are never out of my bathroom or gym bag and their Self Tan will never be replaced! In the past I have used skincare from MiEssence, Tautrophfen, Lavera, Primavera, Speizia, Bentley Organics...
Which areas do you cover?
I currently cover the following areas: North Chingford, Loughton, Buckhurst Hill, Woodford, South Woodford, Epping and Chigwell . (if your area isn't here, don't panic, I may still be able to come to you, but may require a larger minimum treatment spend)
Do you do gift vouchers?
Yes, gift vouchers (valid for six months) are available for a specific amount or specific treatments. Our vouchers are hand crafted and unique, making a perfect gift for someone special psosted to you or direct to the recipient. Payment is accepted by cash or cheque on receipt of voucher.
What payment methods can I use?
I accept payment by cash or cheque only at present. Minimum spend per visit, £25.
When are treatments available?
Appointments are available Monday - Saturdays.Sunday appointments available on request.
Do I need to provide anything?
No… Everything required for the treatment is provided, from towels and treatment couch to CDs and CD player.
What space do you need?
A private room, large enough to set up a treatment couch with space to walk around. The equipment I carry can be heavy (and sometimes plentiful, if multiply treatments are required), so it is much appreciated if I can park on the road immediately outside your home or on the driveway.

Please aim to give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel.
Please advise when booking if pregnant or medical condition present as not all treatments are suitable.
Please allow an extra 15 minutes onto your allocated treatment time, for me to prepare your treatment and tidy away afterwards.
