Reflexology
Reason for treatment:
To relax, distress and give myself a bit of me time
“I have been having reflexology with Katie for a couple of years and it is now an important part of my health routine. Just like eating healthily and going to the gym, reflexology really helps me feel better and calmer ”
Therapy Room : It is a really lovely, calming room (I always fall asleep). Katie has designed the room to feel like a place to escape to. It helps that there is ample parking nearby so I don't need to arrive frazzled for my treatment
